I was referred to Gator Clean for a real estate client that was selling their home and was several days away from closing. The client needed ducts cleaned before closing and we were behind because my client was scammed by a company that said they cleaned the ducts but didn't. Not only did Gator Clean schedule an immediate appointment, but they went over and above by discussing the process and thoroughly explaining to the new buyers what they were doing. This put the buyer at ease, the deal closed, and I am so impressed with the service we received from Gator Clean. We hired Gator Clean to clean our ducts and yes a small amount of mold was found. Danielle and Kelly were a great team and explained everything that they were doing. With the ducts clean the AC air seems to be cooler. This is NEW review, on November 6, 2024, we used Gator Clean to clean our tile floors, main bathroom shower walls and floor and finished it off using a Sandstone colorseal on the grout. I wish I had taken before pictures. Danielle and Kelly again did a fantastic job.
